Striving for More

I just submitted my first article for possible publication in a magazine [that I do not edit]!  Part of the theme of the article was inspired by It's a Wonderful Life, and it's related to agile requirements.  This year I'm focusing on using my super-powers to create content more instead of just consuming it.  If it doesn't get accepted, I'll consider posting it on the blog, but it's a step forward for me to submit something

My article was accepted, and the magazine has been published online.  The article is published in the Agile Record, which is an online magazine published quarterly, and this issue's theme is Agile Requirements; I wrote specifically about User Stories and Value.  You can read the full magazine by signing up for the Agile Record or just read my article.  I found the whole process to be incredibly straightforward, which I find quite impressive since I'm usually on the other side editing content for a magazine as Editor-in-Chief of The Gear of Theta Tau.  And I'm also very pleased that only 2 minor text changes were made to my original article--glad my writing and editing skills are up to par!
